The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very near to the metro, making it easy to explore the whole city. Additionally, it is also very close to the Taksim Square area's vibrant night life, as well as being within walking distance to all the historical areas. The tram station is conveniently located nearby, allowing for easy access to popular tourist sites. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast offers a variety of options to start the day off right.
One negative aspect is that the bathroom facilities could use some updating.

The soundproofing in the hotel could be improved, as guests have reported being disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms and outside.

The location couldn't have been better, as the hotel was right at the centre of Sultanahmet, within walking distance to all the historic sites of Istanbul. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the room was done very well every day.

We were able to easily visit nearby attractions like the grand bazaar and Sultanahmet. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going above and beyond to make us comfortable. They even offered room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The room amenities were fantastic, with a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where we could relax and unwind.
